Luca Pretoleso

Mixing/Mastering Engineer

Luca has perfected the art of mixing and mastering electronic music over 20 years. This led to an opportunity to mix “Wonderland” for Steve Aoki, leading to a Grammy nod. His work with Snoop Lion also resulted in a Grammy nomination for the “Reincarnated” album. He is one of the top mix/master engineers in the world. His body of work is extensive and includes Grammy award winning DJs and producers including; Steve Aoki, Diplo, Major Lazer, Jack U, MakJ, Lil Jon, Savoy, Gareth Emery.

Maarten Vorwerk

Maarten has multiple top ten hits. He had early success in the Jump & Hardstyle scene and in 2007 his first instrumental #1 hit in Holland and Poland with “Jeckyll & Hyde – Freefall.” Together with Quintino he scored his second instrumental #1 hit in Holland with the song “Epic.” He has multiple awards during his career, including the Dutch TMF (MTV) award.

He is also perhaps the most famous ghost writer in the business. According to media the source of several major hits by celebrity artists. But Maarten, ever the professional, remains non-specific.

He now applies expertise from thousands of hours of working with some of the top artists from around the world including; DVBBS, Baby K. Alan Walker, Borgeous, Dada Life, TJR, Pegboard Nerds, Riff Raff, NGHTMRE, Merk & Kremont, Cedric Gervais and Bruno Martini.

Don Ramos

Don began his career in 1979 recording and producing 40+ albums, hundreds of demos, singles, and radio content. His journey includes serving as Chief Engineer, Studio Manager, and Recording Studio owner. He serves as VP Education for Canadian based CAT (Centre for Arts and Technology) and received his PhD in Education in 2012. In 2016 he became an ICF Certified Executive Coach. He is President of Digital Music Alliance and serves as education chair for the council.

Niels Hartvig-Nielsen

He brings extensive experience in Music Production, Education and Business Management.
